Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Dunbill Business, we strive to provide the best technology solutions and services to our clients. We value your trust and aim for transparency in our policies. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase or subscribing to our services.
1. Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription or service request within 7 days of purchase/activation to be eligible for a refund (where applicable).

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@dunbill.com or through your registered account dashboard.

Once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered (e.g., software deployment, consultation, custom development), cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refunds

Full Refunds: Granted if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and no significant service/work has been delivered.

Partial Refunds: If partial work has been completed (e.g., project kick-off, preliminary designs, setup costs), only the remaining unused portion of the service fee may be refunded.

Non-Refundable Services:

Customized software development

Completed design, consultancy, or integration work

Game development projects (once production has started)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. No Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after services have been delivered.

Failure to provide required project inputs, data, or approvals from the client’s end.

Subscription or service expired without cancellation request.
4. Force Majeure
In case of delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, server outages, etc.), Dunbill will work with the client to reschedule or provide equivalent services. Refunds in such cases will be at the company’s discretion.
